1 night apart out of 365, with every holiday, swap and reclaimed day counted. Child support in New York turns on which parent has more than half, so the difference is worth knowing before it is signed.
The settled base schedule is "2-2-3: alternating 2-2-3 blocks", and the calendar has no way to draw that pattern. It draws alternating instead, so the overnight count comes off a schedule the plan does not recite.
The parenting plan fills itself from the settled answers, so it will describe the 2-2-5-5 model until that decision is reopened. Three other settled rules were written for it and have nothing to act on here: the make-up day when a wedding takes one of Daniel's weekend days, Monday holidays attaching to the adjacent weekend parent, and the reset after three weekends in a row.
On the calendar, in whoever's colour the answer names.
Named on the calendar, with whose day it is left where the regular schedule puts it. That is what these answers decided.
